Halloween!

Every year, Vic and I say we are going to dress up for Halloween for whatever party has come our way. But, each year, by the time Halloween rolls around, we poop out and do not come up with costumes. So, this year I finally got us outfitted for the big Halloween Party at Josh and Kari’s (which has other super fun things attached to it that I will tell a little later!) I even got to use my sewing machine and play at the fabric store in order to get our costumes together. As you can see below, I was the Green M&M and Vic was a man from the 70’s. He was later dubbed Stan, Stan the Disco Man by some friends at the party. It was so much fun to dress up and go to Kari and Josh’s to hang out with friends and see their extremely decorated Halloween House. And, do you know what made this night even more exciting?? Josh proposed to Kari and of course, she said yes! I wish I had pictures of the happy couple, but did not get any taken! I’m sure I will post some in the future and you can see them. Anyways, Josh was super clever. He carved “Will you marry me?” into 3 different pumpkins backwards. Then, after lighting up the pumpkins, the words showed up on the wall. I can’t imagine how much work it took, but it was really creative! So, we will be attending their wedding next October! Also, after their party, we decided to stop by Charley’s house to hang out with the “cool college kids” for a little bit. Charley has great roommates and great friends and after a quick game of beer pong, we were pooped and headed on home.
