Just a few updates: Cassie and Kristofer stayed with us while they were in town for Muster and we had a really nice time! It's always good to have friends in town because it brings ALL of us living in College Station together to visit and hang out. Friday night, I went to the Peddler Show and bought a few things I just could not live without! I am so happy to have friends like Megan and her sister, Emily, who also like craft shows. Friday night, after Vic agreeing that my purchases were good choices, he and I actually went on a last minute date! We just ate at Boston's Gourmet Pizza but it was so nice to be on a date with him! And, we saw one of my old college neighbors, Douglas, and learned he is back living in College Station as well.
Saturday and Sunday consisted of me running errands and buying wedding gifts, Vic studying, Church, a little time at the pool, and making a fondue dinner for Vic and me! Overall, it was such a wonderful, relaxing, nice weekend and I truly enjoyed it.
As far as Vic's exams, he is awaiting Test 3 Results, and will be taking Test 4 on May 5th. His last class for all the exams is tonight - WHOOP! He will also be re-taking Test 2 on May 19th. Then, we will just wait and see how the results turn out. At that point, we'll either go back to study mode for a little while to test again in July or be absolutely done and start talking to lenders and realtors to find a house to buy!

You better get excited Taylor. I hope Sarah took a picture of the giant cupcake because it was hilarious. Hope your wisdom teeth experience went well....Did I ever tell you about the time I got my wisdom teeth taken out?? lol.

Lol, no Vic i have never heard your story about your wisdom teeth removal, although i would like too cause it sounds like a story worth for your there i was book you've got in the works and those are always great stories. My teeth are actually feeling great, i almost went too well so fingers crossed it continues like that, plus it was freeeeeeee. Nice.
ReplyDeleteWow, I am surprised I've found someone that hasn't heard this story. Seeing that I am so wise, it should be no surprise, that I actually had 5 wisdom teeth. I know what you're thinking: he's lying; but it is a true story. They charged to extract my wisdom teeth by the tooth, and yes, they did charge for the extra tooth. Mom was not a happy camper. Things only got worse after that. I had really bad swelling (and although my Dad will deny it to this day) no one would give me any paid medication!! They didn't want me to get addicted. All true. You can't make this up. But being the strong willed man that I am, I made it through the ordeal (aka...complained, and almost died of the pain)

correction above- should be "pain" medication. Whoever created this blog thing is pretty smart. I actually feel better getting some of these ordeals off my chest and in writing....I think I may start my own blog. Like a competitor against Sarah. I'd win. I could be on to something here.

ReplyDeleteHAHA this has become more run than reading my facebook! I think the blog battle royal might be fun to watch, because sarah is quite entertaining, but so is vic and some of the funniest stuff from sarah's blog is her quotes from vic that she throws in randomly so that might make things interesting. And junk like having 5 wisdom teeth and his family not letting him have pain meds only happens to vic, either cause its made up or cause he has some of the worst luck with such things. Love you guys! And fyi we are t-minus 22 days away from my ring! Get excited!
