The Yard is Lit!

So, the week of Thanksgiving, Vic started his annual tradition of wrapping lights in trees in our front and back yards and putting lights on all the bushes in the flowerbeds. He's got it down to being able to do it in just a few hours and there are 40+ strands of lights just in one tree alone. This year, Atticus helped him out in between playing with Luc next door (kindergarten neighbor) and by the end, they had the toughest part, the big tree, done! Over the next few days, the rest was done. Doesn't it look great?

This was just funny. Atticus put on this brand new pair of sweatpants that have been in his closet for awhile now until he could grow in to them. Well, we always appreciate people buying clothes for the kids, but we felt bad that this poor pair lasted only a few hours. The bottom ripped out just during this few hours outside of playing and working with Vic! It was a great evening for the boys. Here are some pictures of what it looks like now (front and back yards).
